Team Alyssa
A 14 year old all star cheer athlete in the Buffalo, NY area was involved in a very serious automobile accident Thursday, May 12th around 5:00pm. Alyssa was struck by a van while crossing a 4 lane street. She is currently in the Trauma Intensive Care Unit at a local hospital, she is still listed in critical condition. Alyssa has a very long road ahead of her and she is in the fight of her life. Several people are praying and we understand that there are prayer chains going on all over the country in the cheer world. People have expressed a "want" to help the family during this season, financially. The DONATE button to PayPal's website has been removed from this site and others, since the Friends of Alyssa Loschiavo Foundation has been established 5.17.11. You may make a donation, of any size to the above named foundation at any M&T Bank Branch, and her immediate family will directly benefit from 100% of all donations. All donations previously made to this fund through this and other websites will immediately be transferred to this foundation account along with a list of donors/amounts. No one can imagine how insurmountable the financial burden could be during Alyssa's recovery.
