FINANCIAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
See table below for complete details
As with any extra-curricular activity, competitive cheerleading is an added expense financially. There will be avenues to raise funds for your child’s expenditures throughout the year. We urge you to involve yourself with fundraisers in order to maximize the extent of your child’s experience with WILD All Stars. Although we attempt to give our best estimates on costs associated with our program please remember that these are estimates and changes may occur.
We provide monthly installments as a courtesy for parents. During registration week, you will be required to authorize monthly draft using your debit or credit card. There is also the option to pay in full for the whole year with a discount off your monthly gym fee. The below fees are only an estimate, whereas any additional WILD t-shirts, hotels and transportation costs are not included! This financial commitment is for a full 12 months. If you commit to becoming a member of a team you are responsible for all cost and fees associated with having a spot on a team list for the entire 12 months.
Remember, we are passing along our real expenses; we don’t have the bank balance to pay expenses without fee income when due. Understand that our expenses must be paid on time and we expect the courtesy of payment from parents on time.
If you quit or are released from the team you will continue to be financially responsible for fees in full. These fees are expected to be paid on the assigned payment schedule. If you are listed as a cross over for a team, you are financially responsible for the cross over fees incurred over the full year whether you compete at every competition or not.
USASF CREDENTIALING FEE: The United States All Star Federation (USASF) is excited to announce the Athlete Membership requirement for all cheer athletes for the 2011-2012 season. Requiring athletes to register as official members of the USASF has been a topic of discussion for many years. The idea of mandatory athlete membership gained momentum when the National All Star Cheerleading Coaches Congress (NACCC), the USASF coaches’ organization, voted unanimously in favor of it at their member meeting in June of 2010.
There are three key reasons for requiring athletes to be members of the USASF in order to compete at sanctioned competitions beginning with the 2011- 2012 season:
1) Athlete Verification
When athletes are registered members of the USASF and have completed the verification process, they will receive an Official USASF ID card. This ID card will contain the athlete’s birth date and their USASF Athlete Membership number.
2) Insurance
The USASF currently covers all athlete members, between the ages of 3 and 25 years old, with a $1 million catastrophic policy when supervised by a credentialed coach or credentialed themselves when the injury occurs.
Further insurance options are being researched for the future.
3) Expanded USASF Member Benefits
- Additional education opportunities and information for athletes, parents and coaches.
- The USASF currently offers scholarship opportunities for athlete members who want to pursue higher education.
- USASF Athlete Members will receive a bi-monthly magazine with a focus on all star cheerleading, mailed to their home, as well as have access to the USASF’s online monthly newsletter.
UNIFORM FEE: Full payment for uniforms must be collected before WILD All Stars can place an order. If it is not paid for by order date the routine may be reworked without that child involved or you may face possible removal from team. Please note that uniforms take approximately 8 weeks to arrive. This fee includes uniform top, skirt, spankies. There will be a fundraiser to help cover this cost. More information regarding the fundraiser will be passed out at the first parent meeting after Team Placements.
MAKE UP: Each athlete will be provided with a team make up kit.
BOW: Each athlete will be provided with a team bow. This bow is to be worn for competition only.
MUSIC FEE: All teams will be required to perform to a 2:30 routine choreographed to each team skill level.
COMPETITION FEES: These non-refundable dues are dependent upon the athlete’s team and which competitions they attend. Competitor’s entry fees may vary from competition to competition. Our teams compete in both regional and national competitions. If a competition fee is not paid in full for the competitor by the competition entry deadline, you may face possible termination from the team. An athlete will incur personal cost above and beyond the competition fees.
A Re-registration fee of $75 will be applied to the athlete’s bill if athlete is unable to participate in a competition.
COACHES FEES: These costs include, but are not limited to, hotel, meals, and transportation to the competitions. WILD All Stars will NOT be responsible for team member’s transportation to the competitions. These fees will also include: Coaches competition entrance fees and travel expenses.
YEARLY TUITION: This non-refundable fee. This includes 2- one hour practices a week for the Tiny Teams, and 2- two and a half hour practices a week for the Youth, Junior, and Senior Teams. Each athlete will also receive 1 hour of instructed tumbling each week and may attend any Open Workout/ Open Gym session at no extra cost.
All payments are due BEFORE the 1st of every month. If payment is not received by the 1st of every month a $50 late fee will automatically be applied. If payment is not received by the 5th of the month it will be automatically debited from the account on file.

• An athlete’s account must be current and in good standing in order to participate in practices, competitions, and special events.
• If an athlete resigns (or is let go) from the program between June 1, 2011 and June 1, 2012 no refund will be given what-so- ever. We register for all competitions in the beginning of our season and therefore we are unable to refund any part of the competition fees regardless if the athlete is in attendance or not. Please keep in mind that due to your signature on this contract you will be expected to pay and maintain all fees for the WILD All- Star program regardless if you choose to leave before the season is complete.
• All tuition and other fees must be current before an athlete may receive any clothing/uniform items.
Family Discount Policy:
$25 per sibling will be deducted from the monthly tuition installment. Total discount will amount to $300 deducted for the season.
New Member Incentive:
For every new paid member that joins a WILD All Stars team from your recommendation, you will receive $25 towards your tuition.
Miscellaneous Fees/Refunds
We will travel approximately 4-5 times out of town/overnight. Hotel accommodations and travel expenses (food) will be your responsibility. Most mothers/daughters partner up with other mother/daughters to travel and split the price of gas and a room. Many parents pack coolers for lunch and order pizza at night to avoid pricey restaurants. You are encouraged to participate in as many fundraisers as possible to help offset some of the cost. There will be no refunds (competition fees, clothing, gym fees, etc) to anyone who quits or is asked to leave the program for any reason. Anyone who leaves or is dismissed is responsible for all debts and legal fees.
2011 -2012
CROSSOVER CLAUSE:
If your athlete chooses to crossover to another team, they will need to participate on their “Home” team first then crossover. The parent/ Guardian will be responsible for any competition registration fees for crossovers that may occur while crossing over. You will also be held responsible to purchase bows, make up, etc. All crossover athletes will be expected to maintain attendance for both teams.
